The aim of this study is to assess the views of the students enrolled in the "Medical Imaging Techniques Program" and the "Medical Documentation and Secretariat Program" regarding the distance education conducted in the 2020-2021 Academic Year, which coincides with the Covid-19 pandemic period. In the study, an online questionnaire of 33 questions was applied to the students of the Medical Imaging Techniques Program and Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program in both public and foundation universities. The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS statistical program by using non-parametric statistical methods. Of the students who participated in the study, 22% stated that they did not experience any internet connection problems during distance education, and 67% stated that sufficient materials were used in the courses. Although they had suitable conditions for distance education, 38% of the students stated that distance education is appropriate for theoretical courses, and 59% stated that it is not appropriate for applied courses. Studies in literature show that it is not efficient to conduct the education in vocational departments, especially those with intensive practice, completely as distance education. The views of the students participating in the study showed that not every student has the same opportunities and the process is not managed in the same way. In conclusion, it is thought that distance education, especially when used in the form of hybrid education, can be beneficial for education, hospital practices are important for the development of students' professional knowledge and skill levels, and increasing face-to-face training will increase the success rate.
