Biography
I received my B.Sc and M.Sc in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Istanbul Technical University. Currently, I am PhD. Candidate at Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Department at Acıbadem University. Working with Prof. Dr. Eda Tahir Turanlı, Prof. Dr. Kaya Bilguvar.
Topics I'm working on: Biomarker analysis and familial segregation analysis in WES data, and GWAS associations related to Multiple Sclerosis, PRS calculation, and variant pathogenicity prediction tool, pathway analysis
