Purpose: To compare the efficacy of phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) to epithelial debridement and polishing of Bowman's membrane using a diamond burr (DB) in the treatment of recurrent corneal erosions associated with anterior basement membrane (ABM) dystrophy.
