Özet

This report describes a case of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever with widespread hemorrhages and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in a 46-year-old patient from an endemic region. Although the patient had numerous poor prognostic factors, he was discharged in a healthy condition after 17 days of hospitalization with close monitoring and supportive care. Tranexamic acid was successfully used together with other supportive treatments. (C) 2016 S. Karger AG, Basel
