Virtue based ethics and Integrity of Research: Train-the-Trainer program for Upholding the principles and practices of the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity (VIRT2UE)
Project Goals:
Develop training program
Implement Train-the-Trainer program
Help build community of trainers
Focus on the cultivation of moral sensitivity, and the internalisation of the principles and values of research integrity
Virtuous behaviour and good scientific practices may be in harmony since both get their bearings from the same values (e.g. reliability, honesty, respect, accountability)
