The presentation will delve into the intricacies of a Lecturer Language Support Program, which is a prudently designed initiative aimed at offering critical support to lecturers who teach their subjects in English. The Program offers various courses, including short courses with five meetings, an eight-week Communicating and Teaching in English course, personalized one-to-one lecturer support, and engaging conversation sessions through the Breakfast Club. This multifaceted approach ensures lecturers receive tailored assistance to thrive in an English-medium teaching environment. The presentation will also present the program's effectiveness utilizing the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance (RE-AIM) framework for comprehensive evaluation. The RE-AIM framework provides a structured approach to assess the program's impact on various dimensions, including the extent of its reach, the effectiveness of language support interventions, the adoption and implementation by lecturers, and the potential for sustained benefits over time.
