Özet

Hypothalamic hamartomas are rare developmental tumor-like lesions. We present here three children with different clinial and radiological manifestetions. The presentation of hypothalamic hamartomas can be very different. They can present with seizures in neonatal period or can be completely silent to be found only incidentally. The radiological presentation can also vary. Epilepsy is usually resistant to medical treatment, so surgery should always be considered in the treatment.
