Abstract

AIM: To compare neurodegenerative changes using the Fluoro-Jade B staining, following status epilepticus induced by intra-amygdaloid injection of kainic acid in Genetic Absence Epilepsy Rats from Strasbourg (GAERS) and non-epileptic control Wistar rats.
