Özet

A women of 88 years old with primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube, the oldest patient reported in the English literature according to the best of our knowledge, was presented. After debulking surgery four courses of chemotherapy including paclitaxel and carboplatin was performed. The patient was free of disease during two years follow-up.
