Özet

Some segments of high voltage long overhead power transmission lines are compulsorily forced to cut across forest regions. Thus costs of easement rights arise as an outcome of the damage given during the construction of these lines through forest regions. Payments are made on affected forest areas and on market price. In this paper, the disbursement of a power transmission line company during the base year (t(o)) and current year (t(n)) to the forest authority for various high voltage lines by the aid of the index analysis has been presented for consideration. Furthermore, easement cost is indicated based on various economic parameters, and the present value formulation of forest region allocation is given. Using the data of national overhead power line network of Turkey, the numerical outcomes have been obtained.
