Özet

Objectives: A new HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of some phenolic compounds; Baltic acid, chlorogenic acid, epigallocatechin, caffeic acid, vanillin, p-coumaric acid, rutin, and quercetin in some local wine and fruit wine samples.
