Özet

Graft-enteric fistula is a serious complication following aortic reconstruction surgery. We present the case of a 73-year-old male patient with graft-enteric fistula. A segmental colectomy with end to end anastomosis and an extra-anatomic axillofemoral bypass were performed. The patient was discharged with no problem.
