Özet

Forty-two years old patient complained with painless mass in epigastric area growing since 3 years. The mass is excised locally with surrounding 3 cm intact tissue up to fascia of musculus rectus abdominis. Histopathological examination revealed DFSP confirmed with immuno-histochemical dying.
