Özet

Aim: Increasing rates of overdiagnosis and overtreatment with the widespread performance of PSA screening and prostate biopsies, active surveillance is gaining acceptance as an alternative management strategy for men with newly diagnosed, low risked localized prostate cancer. Active surveillance strategy for localized prostate cancer are rewied regarding the presenting studies.
