ÖZET Nodüler rejeneratif hiperplazi (NRH), sıklıkla ilaçlarla ve altta yatan sistemik hastalıklarla ilişkili,
nadir g.rülen bir hepatik vasküler hastalıktır. Karaciğerin kü.ük rejeneratif nodüllere yaygın
transformasyonu ile karakterizedir. İntrahepatik mikrovasküler hasar ve hepatik perfüzyondaki değişiklikler,
non-sirotik portal hipertansiyon gelişimine yol açar. Hastaların çoğunda portal hipertansiyonun
klinik belirtileri olmadığı için erken tanı genellikle zordur. Doğru tanı için histopatolojik
olarak septaların olmadığı diffüz mikronodüler transformasyonun gösterilmesi gereklidir. Prognoz,
altta yatan hastalığın şiddetine ve portal hipertansiyon komplikasyonlarının önlenmesine bağlıdır.

ABS TRACT Nodular regenerative hyperplasia (NRH) is a rare hepatic vascular disease which is
often associated with underlying systemic diseases. NRH is characterized by diffuse transformation
of the liver into small regenerative nodules. Intrahepatic microvascular injury and subsequent
changes in hepatic perfusion lead to the development of non-cirrhotic portal hypertension. Early diagnosis
is often challenging, as the majority of patients do not present with overt clinical signs of
portal hypertension. Histopathological demonstration of diffuse micronodular transformation without
septa is required for accurate diagnosis. The prognosis depends on the severity of the underlying
disease and the prevention of complications of portal hypertension.
