Abstract

Objective: To investigate the difference of structural retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and ganglion cell layer thickness via using Fourier domain optical coherence tomography device (FD-OCT) in healthy individuals with family history of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) disease.
