Özet

Introductıon: Our aim is to compare the outcomes of four different methods of graft extraction during the laparoscopic donor nephrectomy in women.

Methods: Between November 2010 and September 2015, we performed 378 female donor nephrectomies with four diffirent minimal invaziv methods in our center. These methods are Standard Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy (SLDN), Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy with Transvajinal Extraction (LDN-TE), Laparoendoscopic Single Side Donor Nephrectomy (LESS-DN), Single Port Donor Nephrectomy with Transvaginal Extraction (SPDN-TE). These four groups were compared in terms of age, body-mass index (BMI), duration of operation, warm ischemia time, amount of blood loss, also recipients› creatinine levels at the time of discharge were evaluated.

Results: 286 of these donors underwent SLDN, 77 donors underwent LDNTE, 9 donors underwent LESS-DN and 6 donors underwent SPDN-TE. Warm ischemia time was shorter in SLDN group than the others. Duration of operation was longer in SPDN-TE group. There was no significant diffirence in terms of age, BMI, amount of blood loss. Also receipients› creatinine levels at the time of discharge revealed no significance.

Conclusion: SLDN still continue feature of gold standard. Higher cosmetic satisfaction with succesful graft function may favor LDN-TE and SPDN-TE in women with eligible anatomy.
