This study was intended to investigate the clinical significance and molecular epidemiology of Acinetobacter baumannii complex (ABC) isolated from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in neurosurgical intensive care unit (NSICU) patients, particularly comparing isolates from healthcare workers' (HCW) hands.
