Özet

Pseudolymphoriw which shows clinical and histopathological resemblance to cutaneous lymphorma, is a benign polyclonal proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. 54 year old riwle patient complaining of a growing riwss on the tip of his nose admitted to the hospital. The lesion appeared 15 days ago. Derrootological examination revealed a hemispheric, red-purple colored, smooth surfaced nodule whicih was 1 cm in diameter. Prediagnosis were B-cell lymphoma, pseudolymphoma and nodular basal cell carcinoma. Biopsy from the lesion was performed. Histopathological examination showed benign lymphoproliferation. With the diagnosis of pseudolymphoma, patient had 2 episodes of cryotherapy with 3 weeks interval and the lesion healed with postlesional hiperpigmentation. Lesion, which was very aggresive and rapidly growing, showed dramatic response to cryoteraphy and during 1year follow-up period, no new lesions appeared.
