Abstract

ObjectiveWe aimed to compare hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), total and basal insulin doses, basal insulin injection frequencies, and body mass index (BMI) in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) who are receiving detemir and glargine as basal insulin in a basal-bolus therapy.
