Özet
Negative pressure pulmonary oedema is a rare condition associated with early postoperative hypoxia. Different etiological factors such as upper airway obstruction, forceful inspirium or relief of chronic airway obstruction were found to be associated with negative pressure pulmonary oedema. It appears after general anesthesia and commonly presents with hypoxic state requiring mechanical ventilation. Herein we want to present two cases of negative pressure pulmonary oedema.
