Özet

Primary hydatid cysts are extremely rare in the retroperitoneal space. In this report, a primary hydatid cyst located in the retroperitoneal space was presented. The extraordinary locations of primary hydatid cysts are discussed along with reported cases. © 1993 S. Karger AG, Basel.
