Abstract

Objectives: Current indications of retroperitoneoscopy have been extended to oncologic operations (radical nephrectomy, nephroureterectomy, retroperitoneal lymph node dissection) and complex reconstructive procedures (pyeloplasty, partial nephrectomy). Our single-institution experience focuses on feasibility and complications of retroperitoneoscopy performed over 9 yr.
