Introduction/Background The goal of this video to demonstrate Laparoscopic Para-aortic Lymph Node Dissection

Methodology It is important to recognize the landmarks to open the spaces and mobilize the bowel. It is important to open the space laterally until the ureters and superiorly until left renal vein. In addition, the procedure should be performed systemically to accomplish a complete lymphadenectomy.

Results Patient was discharged 2nd post-operative day

Conclusion Laparoscopic para-aortic lymphadenectomy needs an expert surgeon with laparoscopy to achieve a successful procedure with minimal or no complications
