Abstract

Radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation has become standard therapy for many types of arrhythinias. RF energy may cause deterioration in left ventricular function by damaging the myocardium. The aim of the present study was to assess the changes in left ventricular function after catheter ablation using various echocardiographic parameters.
