Özet

Objectives Methylated arginine metabolites and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) play a critical role in regulating endothelial function. The aim of this study was to determine levels of NOS, and methylated arginine metabolites (ADMA, SDMA, homoarginine, arginine, and L-NMMA) and IL-6 in serum and saliva in patients with advanced periodontal diseases and identify their association with clinical parameters.
