Bioethics is a very dynamic discipline which covers all the value issues related with the living beings. It is an activity and practice of deeper thinking about ethical issues in health sciences, healthcare policy-making and decision making in life sciences practices. As a both theoretical and applied discipline, bioethics embraces the analysis of ethical dilemmas by rational reasoning methodology. It is open to and works closely with the disciplines of philosophy, law, public health, history, forensics, biomedical technologies in collaboration with the social sciences.

Acibadem Univeristy Bioethics Master Programme aims to develop the critical thinking of the perception of society and individual through universal bioethical principles and to put them into practice by field studies inspired by the ethical and professional values. The first year of Bioethics Master Programme includes compulsory and elective courses. The second year has been alloted to fulfill research and to write dissertation.
