Özet

Background and Aims: Trans-arterial chemoembolization (TACE) has become a widely accepted treatment in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We aimed at comparing the efficacy of Degradable Starch Microspheres (DSMs)-TACE with 50 +/- 7 mu m versus 300-500 mu m Drug Eluting Beads (DEB)-TACE in terms of initial clinical and radiological treatment response parameters.
