Snoring is predictive symptom for occult underlying plasma cell dyscrasia. This can lead to improvement of patient survey. We report a rare case, 55-year-old male with primary local amyloidosis of the tongue. A bone marrow biopsy revealed light chain myeloma. Amyloid deposits were found in the tongue. Oral amyloidosis is usually presented in the tongue and is often regarded as a paraneoplastic phenomenon.
