Co-Learning Ecosystem (CoLE): Institutionalising Citizen Involvement through Community Engagement in Multilevel Nursing Education

This project demonstrates a good understanding of the Erasmus+ programme's priorities and presents an innovative approach to institutionalising citizen participation in higher education. The proposal is particularly strong in relation to inclusion, civic engagement, sustainability and governance innovation. The partnership is competent, and the project design is coherent and well-developed. To further strengthen the proposal, the applicants are encouraged to provide more specific and measurable performance indicators, clarify arrangements for recognising learning outcomes, elaborate on strategies for monitoring barriers to participation among vulnerable groups, and provide additional detail on long-term financial sustainability. The model's transferability beyond nursing and health education contexts could also be addressed more explicitly.
